Tanggung Jawab
- Process and disburse employee salaries, vendor payments, and reimbursements accurately and on time
- Maintain detailed financial records and documentation for all transactions
- Verify payment requests against supporting documents to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments to resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare and submit financial reports for management review
- Manage petty cash funds and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial audits
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in payment processing or accounts payable
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
