Sport Excellence Singapore (SpexSG) is seeking a dedicated Disciplinary Manager, Safe Sport to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of the Safe Sport landscape, managing disciplinary processes and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of athlete welfare.

As the Disciplinary Manager, you will serve as a key custodian of sports integrity. You will oversee investigations, coordinate disciplinary hearings, and collaborate with national sports associations to foster a culture of respect and accountability. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end disciplinary processes involving reports of harassment, abuse, or integrity breaches.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of complaints to determine appropriate investigative or mediation pathways.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, disciplinary panels, and relevant stakeholders to ensure procedural fairness and timely resolution.
  • Draft high-quality investigation reports, case summaries, and policy recommendations based on evidence gathered.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case management to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Provide advisory support to National Sports Associations (NSAs) on Safe Sport compliance matters.
  • Monitor and track case status, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Law, Human Resources, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in dispute resolution, legal compliance, or professional conduct management.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s legal framework and principles of natural justice.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations and writing formal reports.
  • Ability to remain objective, calm, and professional when dealing with complex, high-pressure conflict scenarios.
  • Previous experience within the sports or non-profit sector is highly advantageous.
