Based in Morowali, you will conduct field inspections to ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and behavioral standards. This position requires proactive identification of disciplinary issues, documentation of violations, and coordination with HR for corrective actions. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking team members and stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor employee discipline and adherence to company policies in field operations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify compliance violations and safety hazards
- Document disciplinary incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review
- Coordinate with HR department to implement corrective actions and training programs
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking employees and management
- Investigate workplace conflicts and recommend appropriate resolutions

Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee monitoring or compliance roles
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in documentation and reporting procedures
