Tanggung Jawab
- Review, analyze, and interpret complex financial, operational, and legal data to prepare comprehensive disclosure documents.
- Draft, edit, and finalize various regulatory filings, reports, and investor communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable local and international financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Collaborate effectively with Legal, Finance, Operations, and other internal departments to gather necessary information and facilitate accurate reporting.
- Manage and respond promptly to inquiries from regulators, auditors, and investors, providing precise and timely information regarding disclosures.
- Maintain and organize a meticulous repository of all disclosure documents, supporting data, and related correspondence.
- Proactively monitor changes in disclosure regulations and industry best practices, recommending and implementing necessary adjustments to processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of disclosure processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a disclosure, compliance, financial reporting, or legal documentation role, preferably within a regulated industry.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting principles (e.g., IFRS/PFRS) and relevant regulatory frameworks in the Philippines (e.g., SEC, BSP).
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential; experience with disclosure management software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
