Tanggung Jawab
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces according to health standards
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently to ensure timely processing of all kitchenware
- Sort and organize cleaned items for proper storage and kitchen workflow
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen supervisors
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
