We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. As a critical member of our front-of-house and back-of-house operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our dining area and kitchen facilities remain spotless, sanitary, and welcoming for our guests. In this role, you will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that all dining utensils and cooking equipment are cleaned to the highest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, and cooking utensils immediately after use.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining environment at all times.
- Sweep and mop restaurant floors to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Empty trash bins and recycling containers regularly to prevent odors.
- Restock cleaning supplies, dish soap, and kitchen paper products as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- Assist the kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene standards and sanitation protocols is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail when cleaning equipment and dining areas.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
