Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and dispatch goods/materials according to delivery schedules and priorities
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation for audit purposes
- Communicate delivery status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Monitor delivery progress and resolve any logistical issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and necessary paperwork
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Malaysian driver's license (Class D)
- Basic knowledge of Taman Tun Dr Ismail area preferred
