We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch/Document Collection Assistant to join our team at Social Surety. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for the timely and secure collection of important documents from our clients across various locations in Singapore.

This is a part-time position requiring 7 documented collection visits per month to designated areas including Buroh St, Tanjong Katong, Kallang Way, and Chinatown. You will ensure that all documents are collected according to schedule and handled with the utmost confidentiality and care.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Collect documents from assigned client locations on a monthly schedule (7 visits per month)
  • Ensure all collected documents are complete, accurately accounted for, and properly handled
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team to optimize collection routes and timing
  • Report any discrepancies, missing documents, or issues to the supervisor immediately
  • Provide timely updates on collection status and completion
  • Adhere to safety, security, and operational guidelines while on the field

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in document handling, dispatch, or administration is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Singapore roads and locations (e.g., Buroh St, Tanjong Katong, Kallang Way, Chinatown)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
