Join PT. PROCMART TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA as a Dispatch Manager and take charge of our logistics operations. You will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining seamless communication between drivers, dispatchers, and clients. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader who can optimize daily delivery schedules, resolve logistical bottlenecks in real-time, and drive operational excellence to ensure our business operations run smoothly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily dispatch operations and coordinate the movement of goods to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze delivery data and traffic patterns to optimize routes and improve fuel efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery logs, manifests, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Train and mentor dispatch staff to improve performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast delivery needs and manage inventory flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Dispatch Manager or in a similar logistics role.
- Proficiency in logistics management software, fleet tracking systems, and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driving license (Preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
