Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and prioritize daily order dispatches to optimize delivery schedules
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients regarding order status
- Monitor real-time shipment progress and proactively resolve delivery delays
- Maintain detailed records of orders, shipments, and delivery confirmations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure accurate order preparation
- Analyze delivery performance metrics and suggest process improvements
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery timelines
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in dispatch or logistics coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with logistics software and GPS tracking systems
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Sumatera Utara road networks and delivery zones
