In this pivotal role, you will oversee the documentation process, ensuring that every Proof of Delivery (POD) is accurately recorded and managed. We are looking for individuals who are organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to the efficiency of our transportation operations.
Your primary focus will be on the monitoring and follow-up of outstanding PODs, updating their status in the system, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless logistics flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and verify all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and actively follow up on outstanding PODs to ensure timely submission.
- Update the status of POD receipts in the internal database or system.
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to resolve any delivery discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all shipment documentation.
- Assist in general dispatch operations and scheduling as required.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (SMK/SMA) or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of data accuracy.
