Join CV Nio Utaman as a Distribution Center Manager and lead our warehousing and distribution operations to excellence. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of all distribution center activities to ensure seamless logistics, optimal inventory management, and achievement of key operational targets. You'll be responsible for driving process efficiency, maintaining service excellence, and fostering a culture of safety and productivity within our dynamic retail and consumer products environment.
As a key leader in our supply chain, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in warehouse management to reduce costs, enhance delivery accuracy, and support our company's growth objectives in Kalimantan Selatan. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily distribution center operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout, processes, and workflow efficiency
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy, minimize stock discrepancies, and maintain optimal stock levels
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff while fostering a culture of safety and performance excellence
- Analyze operational KPIs (order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turnover) and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies across all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align distribution activities with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
- Proven ability to manage teams and foster a productive work environment
- Experience in optimizing warehouse processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metric interpretation
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
