Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all receiving, picking, and dispatch operations to ensure efficient workflow and meet delivery targets.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement inventory control measures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and supply chain activities.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
