We are seeking an experienced Distribution & Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations at Lucky Mom Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate end-to-end distribution processes, ensuring seamless product flow from warehouse to customer. You'll optimize inventory systems, control operational costs, and drive on-time delivery excellence across our manufacturing and distribution network. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire distribution network including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement cost-effective logistics strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Lead logistics team through training and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years in distribution/logistics management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
- Expert knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS/TMS)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics optimization
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs
- Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
