Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors to ensure seamless product flow and sales target achievement
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify expansion opportunities and adjust distribution strategies
- Monitor distributor performance metrics including sales volume, inventory levels, and market coverage
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain) to align distributor initiatives with business objectives
- Implement promotional programs and incentives to drive distributor engagement and product visibility
- Resolve operational challenges and conflicts between distributors and retail partners
- Prepare comprehensive reports on distributor performance and market penetration analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in distributor management or FMCG sales role
- Proven track record in building and maintaining B2B distributor relationships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market reports
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to present to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be based in Cebu or willing to relocate
