Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in La Union and Pangasinan
- Train, mentor, and motivate distributor sales teams to maximize performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and distributor agreements
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities in assigned territories
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years sales supervisory experience in consumer goods/distribution
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Deep knowledge of Ilocos Region market dynamics and distributor networks
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
