Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor the distribution network in the Leyte and Tacloban area to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize stock placement and reduce wastage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, supermarkets, and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient route planning and vehicle maintenance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to the regional management.
- Assist in promotional activities and product sampling to drive market penetration.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in distribution, sales, or logistics within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and inventory management systems.
- Willingness to travel within the Leyte and Tacloban areas as required.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
