Are you an experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) leader looking to drive success with an iconic global brand? A&W Restaurants is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and results-driven District Coach to oversee and elevate our retail outlets across the Johor region.
As a District Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational success, financial profitability, and customer experience of your assigned district. You will act as a strategic partner to Store Managers, providing hands-on leadership, strategic coaching, and guidance to maximize sales, optimize inventory levels, and maintain premium brand standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to multiple A&W restaurant outlets across the designated Johor district.
- Drive district financial performance by monitoring KPIs, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategic cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Ensure consistent compliance with brand standards, food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and local health guidelines across all stores.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers, building a strong pipeline of future leaders and ensuring high levels of employee engagement.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain coordination, and waste reduction initiatives to optimize operational margins.
- Conduct regular field audits and performance reviews to identify operational gaps and implement actionable improvement plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to launch localized promotional events and drive foot traffic.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of multi-unit or district-level management experience, specifically within the QSR, retail, or Food & Beverage sector.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of managing P&L, sales forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and improve overall customer satisfaction metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on, proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently across the Johor region.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
