First Standard Finance Corporation is seeking a dedicated District Finance Controller to oversee our accounting operations in Naga City. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting processes to ensure compliance.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of Senior and Junior Accounting Clerks.
- Ensure the accuracy of all financial records and reconcile accounts monthly.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budget reports, and variance analysis.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular audits of accounting records and recommend process improvements.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
- Assist in tax planning, preparation, and ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance management.
- Proven experience in supervising accounting teams or clerical staff.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PSAS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
