Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end distribution operations for assigned district, ensuring optimal inventory levels and on-time delivery
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Implement process improvements to enhance distribution efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in distribution/sales management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in consumer goods/retail
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in distribution management software
