Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail division, ensuring smooth workflows and high service standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of store managers and staff to maximize sales potential and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and promotional campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control procedures, and minimize inventory shrinkage.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, visual merchandising guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to maintain the brand's reputation for excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational budgets effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Retail Management, or related fields.
