Toll Group is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Credit Controller to join our dynamic team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the credit risk and financial health of our accounts, ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy cash flow within the division. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer queries and implement effective credit strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end credit control process, including verifying creditworthiness and setting credit limits.
- Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate recovery actions.
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment settlements.
- Prepare detailed monthly credit reports and reconciliation statements for management review.
- Conduct regular credit reviews and analyze financial statements of key customers.
- Ensure strict compliance with company credit policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes within the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is highly desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate payment terms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience within the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a distinct advantage.
