- Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide product recommendations and DIY project guidance to customers
- Handle returns, exchanges, and price adjustments per company policy
- Balance cash registers and prepare daily deposit documentation
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and displays
- Upsell complementary products and promotional items
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail or cashier experience
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of home improvement products is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
