We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable DIY Cashier to join our team at our Silang, Cavite branch. As a Cashier at Wilcon Depot, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transactions, managing cash registers, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. We are looking for individuals who are honest, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing sales accurately, handling various payment methods, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately ring up customer purchases using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and other payment methods efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout the checkout process.
- Assist customers in locating products within the store when necessary.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is an advantage.
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
