You'll implement visual merchandising strategies that showcase our flagship products, analyze market trends to optimize inventory, and develop your team's expertise in DJI's aerial systems and Hasselblad's professional cameras. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, coaching team members, and executing promotional strategies
- Train and develop staff on DJI products (drones, gimbals, cameras) and Hasselblad systems
- Implement customer service standards to enhance shopping experience and build brand loyalty
- Monitor sales analytics and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Manage store security protocols and ensure compliance with retail standards
- Collaborate with marketing teams on in-store events and product launches
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement staff development plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in premium electronics/camera industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Expert knowledge of DJI product ecosystem and/or Hasselblad imaging systems
- Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
