As a brand ambassador for DJI and Hasselblad, you will be at the forefront of the aerial imaging revolution, providing expert advice to creators, hobbyists, and professionals alike.
In this role, you will do more than just sell; you will craft experiences. You will be responsible for showcasing the latest drone technology, conducting engaging live streams, and supporting exclusive in-store workshops. We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys mastering new gadgets, and is driven by high-earning potential through our competitive commission structure.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert product demonstrations and consultations for DJI drones and Hasselblad camera equipment.
- Drive store sales performance to meet and exceed monthly targets through proactive engagement.
- Conduct professional workshops and live streams to showcase product capabilities and creative potential.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising across multiple retail locations.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and after-sales support with a customer-centric mindset.
- Keep abreast of the latest firmware updates, flight regulations, and industry trends to provide informed advice.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail sales, consumer electronics, or photography/videography equipment.
- Deep passion for and technical knowledge of drones, gimbals, and high-end camera systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and educate customers.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and working in commission-based environments.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a multi-store working environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and experience in live streaming is a significant advantage.
- Energetic, target-driven, and a self-starter who takes initiative.
