Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and control all company documents in accordance with established Document Control procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation records using document management systems
- Implement and enforce document version control procedures to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate document distribution and ensure proper access controls are in place
- Develop and maintain document retention and disposal policies
- Review and approve documents for compliance with organizational standards and regulations
- Train staff on document management procedures and best practices
- Continuously improve document management processes to enhance efficiency and compliance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in document control or records management
- Familiarity with document management systems and software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of document retention policies and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
