Join our dynamic team at China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd as a Document Controller and play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our project documentation. In this position, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all project-related documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
As a Document Controller, you will work closely with project teams, engineers, and contractors to document control processes, including document numbering, filing, and version control. You will also be responsible for maintaining an efficient document management system, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the latest revisions of documents, and coordinating the distribution of important project information.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of document control procedures. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, specifications, and correspondence
- Implement and document control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Coordinate document numbering, filing, and version control to maintain document integrity
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and track document access and changes
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation to clients and regulatory authorities
- Conduct regular audits of document management systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Train project team members on document control procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document project milestones and achievements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Proficiency in document management systems and software (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Procore)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of document control procedures and industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
