Pacifica Homes Development Corporation is seeking a dedicated Document Controller to join our growing team in Magalang, Pampanga. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring that all project documentation, blueprints, and records are systematically organized, updated, and readily accessible.

As our Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our construction projects by facilitating clear communication and seamless information flow between departments. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage, track, and maintain the central repository of all project-related documents and technical drawings.
  • Ensure all documents are processed according to company standards and document control procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of project files to ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the timely distribution of updated documents.
  • Prepare regular reports regarding document status, submittals, and pending approvals for management review.
  • Maintain secure physical and digital filing systems to protect sensitive project data and company records.
  • Support project managers and engineers with administrative tasks related to project documentation and archiving.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, administrative support, or record management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced construction environment.
