- Manage and organize all project documents including drawings, contracts, permits, and specifications
- Maintain version control and document revision tracking systems
- Coordinate document distribution and approvals across project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare document indexes, logs, and audit reports
- Implement and maintain digital document management systems
- Coordinate with engineering teams to update project documentation
- Support project closeout through systematic document archiving
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of document control experience in construction industry
- Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Procore)
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation standards and protocols
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple document workflows simultaneously
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
