Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end document control process, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving of documents.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both hard copy and electronic records to ensure quick retrieval.
  • Monitor document flow across departments, ensuring timely submission and response to information requests.
  • Conduct regular audits of document records to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of document management systems (DMS) and software.
  • Prepare periodic reports and statistics regarding document status and administrative performance.
  • Handle general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience working as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using document management software (e.g., SharePoint, M-Files) and standard office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional work ethic.
