  • Ensure Proof of Delivery and billing policies and procedures are being followed
  • Verify the accuracy of all documents submitted by delivery personnel and clients
  • Maintain organized documentation systems for easy retrieval and reference
  • Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth documentation flow
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to documentation processes

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in documentation or administrative roles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
