In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our corporate records, ensuring that documentation workflows are efficient, compliant, and accessible.

As a Documentation Specialist, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations. We are looking for someone who excels in document lifecycle management—from creation and review to archiving. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. You will work closely with various departments to standardize procedures and ensure all documentation adheres to company quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage, organize, and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and data security.
  • Review and proofread internal documentation for grammatical accuracy, formatting consistency, and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical manuals.
  • Monitor document lifecycle milestones and ensure timely renewals or updates as required.
  • Generate periodic reports on document status and administrative efficiency for management review.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects, including data entry and compilation of project-related documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Information Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in documentation, records management, or administrative support roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience with document management systems (DMS) or cloud-based storage solutions is a plus.
