Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process essential shipping and administrative documentation with high accuracy.
- Calculate and verify duties and taxes for shipments in compliance with customs regulations.
- Manage timely reporting to internal departments and external clients.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to client inquiries regarding documentation status.
- Maintain and uphold 5S standards within the workstation to ensure an organized and efficient environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Update internal database systems with real-time project and shipment data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in documentation or logistics is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong numerical aptitude for the accurate computation of duties and taxes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cabuyao City, Laguna.
