Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and process essential shipping and administrative documentation with high accuracy.
  • Calculate and verify duties and taxes for shipments in compliance with customs regulations.
  • Manage timely reporting to internal departments and external clients.
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to client inquiries regarding documentation status.
  • Maintain and uphold 5S standards within the workstation to ensure an organized and efficient environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
  • Update internal database systems with real-time project and shipment data.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in documentation or logistics is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong numerical aptitude for the accurate computation of duties and taxes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Cabuyao City, Laguna.
