Visayas State University is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dormitory Manager III to oversee residential operations within the Bicol Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day dormitory operations, including check-in/check-out processes and room assignments.
- Oversee facility maintenance schedules, coordinate minor repairs, and ensure health and safety standards are strictly met.
- Supervise dormitory support staff, including maintenance workers and security personnel.
- Develop and enforce residence hall policies to ensure a disciplined, safe, and respectful living environment.
- Prepare periodic reports on dormitory occupancy, budget utilization, and facility status for university administration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident concerns, conflict resolution, and emergency response.
- Coordinate with student services to facilitate student welfare programs and community-building activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in facility management, hospitality, or residential supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage a diverse student population.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks, budget monitoring, and documentation.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office) and digital reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and building maintenance protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
