Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College Of Agriculture And Technology is inviting highly qualified individuals to apply for the position of Dormitory Manager III. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee the management and administration of our student housing facilities, ensuring a safe, secure, and conducive environment for academic excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of dormitory operations, including staff management, facility maintenance, budget administration, and the enforcement of college policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to student welfare, acting as a primary point of contact for students, parents, and administration regarding housing matters.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the dormitory facility, ensuring compliance with college policies and safety regulations.
- Supervise and manage a team of dormitory attendants, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure the security and safety of all residents by implementing effective monitoring systems and emergency response protocols.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure timely repairs, cleanliness, and upkeep of dormitory infrastructure.
- Manage the dormitory budget, including inventory control of supplies, utilities, and minor repairs.
- Handle student disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
- Organize and facilitate orientation programs, student activities, and community-building events within the dormitory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of progressive experience in dormitory management, student affairs, or housing operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, fire prevention, and facility maintenance procedures.
- Civil Service Eligibility (Relevant to the position) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects.
