Join Sankyu as a Dormitory Supervisor and become the cornerstone of our residential community! This vital role ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of trainees in our Johor facility. You'll be the first responder to emergencies, providing immediate medical assistance for injuries, illnesses, and other urgent situations. Beyond crisis management, you'll oversee daily dormitory operations, maintain security protocols, and foster a positive living environment. This position requires exceptional situational awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain calm under pressure while enforcing house rules and coordinating with management and external services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate emergency response and first aid assistance to residents
- Oversee daily dormitory operations including security, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Manage resident issues, mediate conflicts, and enforce house rules
- Maintain accurate incident reports, medical records, and resident documentation
- Coordinate with medical services, security personnel, and management during emergencies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
- Facilitate resident orientation and community-building activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in hostel/dormitory management or residential supervision
- Certified in First Aid and CPR training
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Proficiency in record-keeping and administrative documentation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
