Enderun Colleges is seeking a dedicated and proactive Dormitory Supervisor to join our team in Pio Del Pilar, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the heartbeat of our student residence, ensuring a secure, well-managed, and welcoming environment that fosters academic success and community building.
As the Dormitory Supervisor, you will oversee daily residential operations, maintain facilities, and act as a primary point of contact for student welfare. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for student services, a keen eye for safety protocols, and the ability to handle administrative tasks with precision. You will be instrumental in creating an atmosphere where students feel safe, supported, and ready to excel in their academic pursuits.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily dormitory operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Enforce house rules and policies to maintain a safe, disciplined, and harmonious living environment.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure hygiene standards and maintenance protocols are strictly met.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and security departments to promptly address repair needs and security concerns.
- Act as the primary liaison between students and the college administration, providing support and conflict resolution as needed.
- Maintain accurate residential logs, occupancy reports, and administrative documentation.
- Facilitate student community-building activities and orientation programs to enhance the residence life experience.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and implement safety and evacuation protocols when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in dormitory management, hospitality, or student affairs.
- Strong background in administrative operations and facility management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations, conflict resolution, and emergency management with composure.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and basic building maintenance requirements.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and residential management software is a plus.
