You will collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure all designs adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD or BIM software.
- Collaborate with engineers and site managers to interpret site requirements and structural specifications.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on field changes, RFIs, and project modifications.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with BCA regulations, local building codes, and safety standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of construction documents and project files.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and consultants to resolve design clashes and construction inconsistencies.
- Attend project meetings to provide technical input on constructability and documentation status.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional drafting experience, preferably within the Singapore construction sector.
- High level of proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit or BIM (Building Information Modeling) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of architectural/structural blueprints and technical drawing standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform under tight project deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- A proactive team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
