Tanggung Jawab
- Operate drilling machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with project specifications
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance of drilling equipment
- Monitor drilling processes and adjust parameters to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Document operational data and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate drilling activities
- Maintain clean and organized work areas around drilling sites
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in technical fields
- Minimum 1-2 years experience operating drilling equipment
- Valid certification for heavy machinery operation (e.g., DOLE-accredited)
- Strong understanding of drilling techniques and soil mechanics
- Physical ability to work in demanding outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Team-oriented communication skills with technical proficiency
