Tanggung Jawab
- Operate drilling rigs and crawler cranes in accordance with project specifications and safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical integrity and safe operating condition.
- Execute soil and rock extraction tasks with high precision to meet geotechnical engineering requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and ground crew to ensure accurate positioning and drilling depth.
- Maintain comprehensive records of daily drilling activities, maintenance logs, and site progress reports.
- Adhere strictly to site safety regulations and PPE requirements to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Perform basic routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Drilling Rig Operator or Crawler Crane Operator in large-scale construction or civil engineering projects.
- Valid operator license/certification for heavy equipment (specifically crawler cranes and drilling rigs).
- Deep understanding of soil mechanics, drilling techniques, and geotechnical site requirements.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety (HSE) standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, site plans, and geological reports.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules as required by site project timelines.
