Baba Products, a leading company in the retail and consumer products industry in Malaysia, is currently looking for a talented and versatile Driver cum Sales Assistant to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for both driving our delivery vehicles and assisting the sales team in various capacities. Your primary duty will be to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our products to a range of clients, including retail outlets, supermarkets, and direct customers. Additionally, you will provide on-ground sales support, such as product merchandising, stock arrangement, and assisting customers with their orders. Your daily interactions will be key in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, customer-focused, and possesses a valid driving license with a clean driving record. Experience in sales or customer service will be a valuable asset. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers and retail outlets on schedule.
- Assist the sales team in product demonstrations, inventory checks, and shelf stocking.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance checks.
- Prepare and verify delivery documents and collect payments when necessary.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by identifying potential upselling opportunities.
- Report daily activities and any vehicle incidents to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class D driving license with a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of driving experience, preferably with light commercial vehicles.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
