We utilize a "Borongan Habis" (lumpsum) and "Ritase" (relay) payment system, which rewards drivers based on productivity and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate heavy-duty trucks to transport steel and construction materials to designated sites safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
- Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage to goods and ensure workplace safety.
- Follow strict delivery schedules and adhere to planned routes to minimize delays.
- Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cabin and cargo area.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a valid SIM A or SIM B driver's license (SIM B is preferred for heavy vehicles).
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience driving trucks in the logistics or construction sector.
- Be physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting and long hours of driving.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and reliability.
- Have a good understanding of road conditions in the Banten region.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts, if required by the Ritase system.
- Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
