Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams to ensure alignment and seamless coordination.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Conduct regular audits of supply chain activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Liaise with external vendors and logistics partners to optimize service levels and contract terms.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at reducing waste and improving inventory turnover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
