Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee the entire production process, from raw material handling to final product packaging, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections at various stages of production to identify and rectify defects early.
- Document production data, quality reports, and non-conformance reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to implement corrective actions and improve overall product quality.
- Ensure all production activities strictly adhere to safety regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives to maintain ISO certification requirements.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality control techniques and proper handling procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Production Supervision within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect even minor inconsistencies in products or processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to work in a production environment and adhere to shift schedules if required.
