We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high efficiency, productivity, and seamless workflow.
- Monitor and continuously improve operational processes to reduce waste and enhance output quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of operational staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve bottlenecks.
- Manage logistics, inventory control, and supply chain activities as required.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or manufacturing management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and successfully improving operational processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing standards, transport logistics, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
