Tanggung Jawab
- Register and onboard as Mitra Driver and Mitra Outlet partner for Kuantar
- Procure and manage driver attributes (uniforms, equipment, etc.)
- Identify and recommend qualified drivers and potential outlet locations
- Maintain strong relationships with drivers and outlet partners
- Support Kuantar team expansion initiatives in Jakarta Raya
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety protocols
- Report on local market trends and partnership opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A/B)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Jakarta Raya geography
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to invest in driver attributes as required
