Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for driver roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Proactively source candidates via social media, job boards, and industry-specific networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess applicant suitability.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data management.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including pipeline status and time-to-fill.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the logistics, transportation, or BPO sectors.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and ATS platforms).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential candidate information professionally.
- Stable internet connection and a conducive remote working environment.
