Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate driver schedules and assignments to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs
- Support drivers with route planning and traffic condition updates
- Manage documentation including vehicle logs and compliance paperwork
- Assist in resolving transportation-related operational issues
- Communicate with drivers regarding policy updates and safety protocols
- Track and report transportation performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in transportation or logistics support role
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations and road networks
- Proficient in administrative software and record-keeping systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Physical stamina for field inspections and occasional vehicle checks
