In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced printing machinery to produce high-quality labels and printing for plastic tubes and bottles. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor dry offset printing machines to ensure smooth production runs for plastic tubes and bottles.
- Perform daily machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
- Adjust machine settings (speed, color, and registration) to achieve optimal print quality.
- Inspect printed materials continuously to identify and resolve defects or errors.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and efficiency goals.
- Document production logs and machine performance data accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Printing Technology, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience operating dry offset printing machines or similar flexographic printing equipment.
- Strong understanding of color theory, registration, and print quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of machine safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
